To be considered as a Discipleship Leader, individuals must:
In addition to meeting these requirements, leaders are expected to model Christlike character, practice spiritual disciplines consistently, and commit to investing deeply in the lives of those they are discipling. This role requires availability, humility, consistency, and a heart to see themselves and others grow. Upon successful application, the leaders will go through specific training with the pastoral team in preparation for leading the Discipleship Course.
Discipleship Leaders will walk closely with a group of 3–5 individuals over the six-month program, providing spiritual guidance, accountability, and encouragement through both group gatherings and one-on-one connections.
Discipleship Leaders are also required to participate in a discipleship group specifically designed to support and strengthen leaders as they lead other individuals.
