The purpose of the Connections Team is to create an environment for guests to feel not only welcomed, but part of the CityHeart family. We create a safe atmosphere where our team is encouraged to be spirit led and prayerful as they greet and connect with guests.
From floaters, to door greeters, to our parking lot team, we want every guests to see a volunteer's smiling face before entering, upon entering, and while in the house of God.
We have a connect table for guests that want to learn more about CityHeart in our lobby. We talk with guests and find ways for them to get connected through CityGroups, MOVE Party, and other pertinent events.
The Connections Team helps with food prep, set up, greeting before and after, and tear down during MOVE Party. They also ensure that guests' profiles are created.
