We invite our CityHeart family to come together as a community to help provide Thanksgiving meals for families in need this holiday season.

We are joining with Care Center Ministries for their Thanksgiving Outreach. This will take place on Saturday, Nov. 22 at Hilltop Church Jackson. This is a a family-friendly event. All ages are welcome to participate. 

The day will open with a time of worship and then assemble 500 meal boxes before heading out as teams to deliver the boxes and pray with recipients.
